Curious about watercolor but not sure where to begin? This 2.5-hour introductory class is a gentle place to start.
You'll learn the essential watercolor techniques you need to understand the medium — how to work with water, control the paint, mix colours, create washes and build your painting step by step. Most importantly, you'll leave with the confidence and knowledge to keep practising on your own.
The class is relaxed, creative and beginner-friendly. You'll work at your own pace, with personal guidance and feedback throughout the session. Whether you're holding a brush for the first time or coming back to painting after a long break, you're very welcome.
I teach small weekly groups on Mondays and Tuesdays, so after your first class you can decide what feels right for you: continue with the weekly classes, come for individual sessions, or simply take what you've learned and keep exploring watercolor on your own.
